Welcome!
Join hundreds of women from across the East of England for an inspirational day at the Norfolk Gospel Partnership Women’s Conference as we learn from God’s word together, sing together, pray, attend seminars on relevant topics, browse our brilliant bookstall and connect with others.
This year we will be looking at “From Genesis to Revelation – A Holy God with us and in us”
Do you sometimes struggle to understand God’s purpose for your life? Or perhaps you feel unsure about how the ups and down of church today fits in with the rituals and rules of the Old Testament?
Sarah Allen (Bible teacher, pastor’s wife and writer) will help us to look at the theme of the temple as it appears again and again through the Bible. We’ll unpack how God’s plan has always been to dwell with a holy people who will worship and enjoy him forever. Together we’ll think about how this beautiful truth can bring clarity, peace and hope to our so often crowded lives.
Wherever you’re from, we’d love for you to join us. Big church, small church, out on the coast, from a rural village or a city dweller. Whether you’re new to following Jesus or have been trusting him for years. Young, old, feeling full of faith or empty and dry. Come on your own or come with a group. All are welcome!
To stay up to date, sign up online and if you have any questions, please email

Wellbeing and the cross
Our media and even our workplaces are full of ideas of wellbeing. Whether through diet and exercise, or practices such as meditation and journaling, the secular world tells us that guarding and cultivating our wellness is of primary importance. This seminar will explore how Christians, whose Lord poured out his life in suffering, can think about the concept of wellbeing. Are we able to learn anything from this movement and how can we engage with our friends and neighbours about its claims?
Speaker: Sarah Allen is an English teacher for sixth form students and writer who lives in West Yorkshire with her husband Lewis and their dog. They have five children, aged between 19 and 28, who have just about flown the nest. Sarah leads Flourish North, London Seminary’s course for women based in the north involved in church ministry. She particularly enjoys opening up the Bible with children and women in the church.

She has been the Outreach Worker at CityGates Church in Norwich for the past 14 years and loves helping people meet Jesus through the Bible. The Biology of Womanhood in light of the Bible
Puberty, Periods, Childbearing and the Menopause
It’s easy to think this is not something God, or the Bible, has much to say about, however the more we understand about how our bodies were designed, the more we can delight in a Creator who knows and cares about our lived experiences, and the more we know our Bibles, the more we can see that it is full of big truths that can be applied to every aspect of our lives. In this session we take a sweeping look at both the biology and the theology of these key points in a woman’s life.
Speaker: Beth Hallier has been a Pelvic and Maternal
Health physio in the NHS for 10 years and a Mum for 5 years. She lives in Norwich with her husband, their three children, and their dog, and she serves on the Women’s ministry team and as a small group leader at City Gates Church Norwich. She’s finally been let loose to teach on my two passions: God’s word and pelvic health. Come and stretch your theological muscles with her as we see what God’s word has to say about our lived experiences as women in our beautiful, yet broken bodies.
The compassion of God in the life and death debate
Have you ever had a conversation you just didn’t know how to navigate?
When talking about topics like abortion or assisted dying we can be stuck to know what to say – we want to be gentle and compassionate as well as truthful about what God says. If we aren’t careful it can be very easy to create tension and cause hurt unknowingly so how can we do better?
Speaker: Leonie Lucas is married to Matt, and works for CARE running Open – a ministry offering training for churches and pastoral support for those affected by abortion and baby loss. Her favourite thing to do is help women grow a love for Gods word and she leads the Midlands Flourish course for women in ministry. For down time she loves to spend an afternoon in her pottery studio
Enabling my personal witness to be natural and guilt-free, knowing that a holy God lives powerfully within me.
The desire, expectation and internal pressure to share the gospel with others can leave us with a heavy burden of anxiety, nerves and fear; for whatever reason, many of us find we simply do not have the words…. and therefore struggle with guilt. This seminar intends to release these pressures, enabling us to live and speak as filled with the Holy Spirit. We seek to free us to be ourselves, to be the kind of people that stimulate Christ-orientated conversations and to have ways of speaking that are organic, natural and provocative – giving space for the Holy Spirit to work powerfully in and through us.
Speaker: Anna Price works as Community and Discipleship Lead at St Mary Magdalene Gorleston. As a volunteer she is a Regional Ambassador for Christianity Explored and is part of the team running Passion for Evangelism’s Finding Your Voice workshop. This trains women in public evangelism and is run in partnership with Oak Hill College, of which she has just become a Council member. She is married to Matthew, has three teenagers and is besotted by the family cockapoo.

Speaker: Gabi Groenewald-Simmons has been serving as the youth minister for Identity Youth Project since October 2024. She is passionate about discipling young people and desires to see them develop a personal faith in Jesus. She was raised in a Christian family and came to know Jesus when she was very young. However it was during her teen years that her faith really grew and this is partly why she is so passionate about youth work.
